How our exchange policy makes christmas shopping easy
Jewellery makes a wonderful and special Christmas present, whether it be a ring, necklace, bracelet, earrings or a watch. The problem is, it can be hard to choose jewellery for others and a little daunting if you think you are stuck with your choice once the purchase is made.
Good news – our exchange policy gives you flexibility if required, whether it be due to an incorrect size or perhaps the jewellery piece isn’t quite what they were after.
It is really important to us that whoever you are buying for is absolutely delighted with their gift, so if there is any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it doesn’t fit, or if you or the receiver simply changes their mind, we are usually able to exchange your original purchase (excluding custom-made pieces).
Lost your receipt? That’s not a problem – we’ll have your purchase logged on our system, so as long as the item comes back in its original condition and packaging, then we will happily help you choose something else.
We’ve got a fantastic range of Christmas specials on for the next few days, plus we are open right up until 5pm on Christmas Eve for last minute shopping. We’ll even beautifully gift wrap your presents to make things really easy for you!
If you aren’t sure exactly what to buy your loved ones, we have gift vouchers available in any denomination, which come wrapped and beautifully presented.
Our handy ‘Wish List’ service is a great way to ensure you get a gift you love. Check to see if your loved one has popped something on their Wish List, or if you have a few gift ideas on your Wish List, don’t forget to remind your friends and family.
