Greenstone Toki pendant, bound on waxed slider cord.
A symbol of courage and strength in times of adversity, Toki were worn by Maori elders as a symbol of power, wisdom and authority. The Toki (adze) was used as a chisel tool.
As each is unique, there maybe a colour variation to the piece pictured.
