DELIVERY & PICKUP INFORMATION
We’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please see
below for details on how we handle order processing, pickups, and deliveries.
Order Processing Times
We process orders only during our store hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Saturday: 9.30am – 12.30pm
- Closed on public holidays
Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
In-Store Pickup
- Place your order online and select “Pickup in store” at checkout.
- Wait for an email confirming your order is ready for collection.
- Bring your photo ID and your order confirmation email when you come
to collect.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please let us know in advance

They’ll also need to present their photo ID and the order confirmation email.
Courier Delivery
- Place your order online and select “Ship” at checkout.
- Courier collections from our store are Monday to Friday
(usually around 10am and 2.30pm). - All items are shipped via New Zealand Post with tracking and
signature required on delivery. While in transit, your order is insured.
Delivery timeframes:
- Urban addresses: approximately 1–3 working days
- Rural addresses: approximately 3–5 working days
Delivery charges:
- Urban: $8
- Rural: $12
If you mistakenly choose the wrong delivery option (e.g., select urban when your
address is rural), our NZ Post Courier App will notify us. We’ll then contact
you to arrange payment of the $4 difference or help you change your delivery
address to an urban one if preferred.
